You've found yourself here, so...

I know you care deeply for your students. You want to be the best teacher possible, and your passion shines through in everything you do.

But let’s be real—some days it’s just beyond hard.

You should be walking into your classroom ready to teach, but instead, you're faced with...

👉The challenge of managing behaviours that seem to spiral out of control.

👉The struggle to stay calm in an environment that’s the total opposite.

👉The frustration of giving your all, only to feel disempowered by dysregulating behaviours.

👉The exhaustion of facing the same issues day after day, like it’s Groundhog Day—yep, it’s bloody hard!

Then, when the day finally ends, you’re left lying in bed, replaying it all...

Fearing that things will never get easier.

Worrying you’re failing your students—and yourself.

Dreading tomorrow because it means facing the same battles all over again.

Wondering if you can even keep doing this, no matter how strong your why. No matter how passionate you are.

It’s exhausting. It’s defeating. It's disempowering.

But it doesn’t have to stay this way.

Imagine feeling truly in control of your classroom practice—without sacrificing the compassionate, kind, and calm approach you value.

Imagine having practical tools that actually work, a community that supports you every step of the way, and the confidence to lead your classroom (and even your colleagues) with both strength and empathy.

That’s why The Behaviour Club exists—to help you control what you can control, and lead your classroom with compassion, calm, and confidence!

Let’s change that together, shall we?

This club is your village—a place to save time, access valuable resources, find answers, and have a sounding board for your ideas.

It’s here to empower you to take consistent, actionable steps toward crafting a strong, calm, compassionate, and effective approach to classroom management.

If you’re a teacher ready to tackle challenging behaviours without compromising your values of mutual respect, kindness, and compassion, then this is the place for you.

JOIN THE CLUB!
The Behaviour Club is life changing!  The support Claire offers is genuinely kind and caring, and the trainings are full of practical and well-researched strategies. I think it’s the most helpful online teacher club I have been a part of. It’s only been a few months, and I have already incorporated many useful new ideas into my practice. Also, it’s super affordable!

-Kipras

HI TEACHER FRIEND! I'M CLAIRE.

Yes, I am a Secondary English teacher, leader, author, and all the things in classroom management.

But real life me is also a toddler Mumma, a true-crime buff, an ocean lover, a potato fiend, and a wife.

I am more than a teacher, and so are you.

Teaching requires so much of us, and if we are going to do THE work with classroom management, this starts with deep self-compassion.

That is why inside of The Behaviour Club, yes of course you will get all of the masterclasses and resources and templates, but it is so much more than that. It must be.

It starts by you being supported, validated and understood as the incredible, passionate, whole human being that you are.

Blimey, this work is tough. But together, we are tougher.

Before joining The Behaviour Club I was losing hope. I was considering leaving teaching. I just want to say, for those who are struggling, I can be very dysregulated. I’m very verbal, very in their face, very dominant as a personality. But it’s actually working, and   it’s changing my teaching life. I’ve been doing this for 14 years, and what I was doing wasn’t working because kids are changing.  So thank you, Claire. It’s transformed how I am in the classroom, and I love that because my whole goal is to connect with them in a professional, appropriate way. And it’s working.
