Module 3

RESPOND

When things start to unravel in the classroom, you need more than good intentions. You need a plan. This module gives you clear, practical steps for what to do in the moment — whether it’s low-level disruptions or full-blown escalations.

You’ll learn how to regulate yourself first (because you can’t lead when you’re losing it), and then respond in ways that de-escalate, redirect, and restore calm.

Module 4

RESOLVE

This is where you shift from managing behaviour to transforming it.

In this final module, you’ll learn how to follow up with intention — using restorative conversations and meaningful consequences that build accountability, connection, and long-term change.

I’m an experienced Australian secondary teacher and senior leader, with a passion for supporting students with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Over the years, I’ve worked across the UK and Australia, transforming volatile, challenging, and chaotic classrooms into spaces of calm, connection, and real learning.

And I believe this, wholeheartedly:
